Commercial Design

Elegance Décor provides both design of space and furniture for commercial spaces such as lobby area, reception space, condominiums and meeting areas. At Elegance Décor, we will always ensure that three major principles are upheld. Good Design, Well Executed and at the Right Price. We work with our clients from design concept to space planning to furnishings and installation.

The most important aspect of any commercial project for us is the implementation of the brand and story of each space along with providing the best furnishings and accent to tell that story.

Offices

At Elegance Décor, we have a wide range of partners who work with us in providing furniture for business interiors. We provide seating and casegoods in traditional, transitional and contemporary styles. With our robust list of services, including: office furniture and equipment, lighting, wall paneling, reception area design, conference room furniture, interior design services and identity, we provide the most experienced office furniture consultants. We are proud to create work environments that both improve work efficiency and productivity, as well as, aesthetically communicate the goals of the organization. During our first meeting we will discuss the scope of your project, your goals and your budget. I will collect a wide range of information on your project and business, and we will discuss your brand image, target market, how each space is used, and your visions for the space. We also will obtain the most up-to-date set of architectural plans for your space from you. All decision-makers need to be at this meeting and you can expect it to last one to three hours.

Proper space planning is crucial to a well-designed and functional space. After all the measurements have been taken we will develop design concepts. Ideas and concepts allow us to determine what pieces will best fit into the space, how traffic patterns will flow through each room, and ensure we meet applicable codes. We will then schedule a meeting to review each floor plan and discuss the pros and cons of each with the decision maker(s).

Custom furniture may be designed where needed.  Materials for flooring, walls, counters and other areas are selected.  Lighting concept is developed. Drawings, samples and conceptual images are gathered. With quotes and pricing researched, your needs, budge, and brand are all considered in every product and design element we present to you.  This portion of the design process requires a fair amount of communication and intermediate meetings to discuss certain elements.  Creation of the design concept is a complex process and generally requires several weeks, depending on the scope of the project.

This is where the vision becomes reality. Now the furnishings are delivered, merchandise is placed and art is hung.  Accessorizing is what elevates your space to magazine-quality status. It involves adding finishing touches that complete your brand message and make your space feel complete. This phase follows a different process than the rest of the design. On installation day, these items will be placed throughout your space.
